Choon launches public sale for its NOTES tokens

The main token sale for music streaming service Choon is now live…
Blockchain-based music streaming service Choon has officially launched its NOTES tokens after raising $2 million during its pre-product token sale.
The Choon platform launched at the start of May, and has since become the largest streaming service on the blockchain with 5,000 artists signed up.
Gareth Emery, co-founder of Choon, said: “We have had great success with our token pre-sale and our private round of funding, and we are looking forward to having the crypto community join us for our main token sale. The amount of interest and support we have received to date for Choon has been overwhelming, and we are impressed with the quality of music that had been uploaded already.
“We are now looking forward to sharing more with our community through this token sale, and this will truly kickstart the Choon ecosystem of NOTES.”
The inspiration behind the Choon platform is to address unfair treatment of artists by traditional services, cutting out the middle men and offering more transparency when paying independent artists.
“As soon as I heard about Choon and its mission, I loved the idea of earning my streaming revenue in NOTES,” said Finnish DJ Darude. “Since launching my track Kaleidoscope exclusively on Choon, I’ve been earning thousands of NOTES per day, and I’m now earning several thousand times more per stream than I am with other streaming services. The best thing about Choon is that it is so transparent with its payments and I’m getting paid on a daily basis.”
NOTES are priced at 10,000 per ETH and can be purchased through the Choon platform. Find out more here.
